Order Status

How do I check my order status?
Log in to your account to view the status of your order(s). If you checked out as a guest, you can view your order status via the tracking number that was shared with you in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

Payment

What forms of payment does Pray For Pearl accept?
Pray For Pearl accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Returns

Does Pray For Pearl accept returns or exchanges?
Sorry, due to the nature of the fundraising campaign, Pray for Pearl does not accept returns or exchanges.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations can be made only before an order has been shipped. E-mail gotcuse@gmail.com with your order number to inquire about a cancellation.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free (US orders only). All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, log in to your account and select the completed order you wish to track. You can also track your package with the tracking number that was shared with you in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
When will I receive my order?
Orders ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. USPS First Class Mail takes approximately 5 business days to arrive.
Does Brooktide ship internationally?
Yes, Pray For Pearl ships worldwide. A charge of $29 will be applied for shipping purposes to international orders.
